1 Corinthians 10:4-6

4 and all drank the same spiritual drink—for they were drinking from a spiritual rock that followed them, and the Rock was Messiah. [a] 5 Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them, for they were struck down in the desert.[b]

6 Now these things happened as examples for us, so we wouldn’t crave evil things, just as they did.
